Wrap Cooking Instructions
- Mix together the Adabi Onion Fritter Flour, Adabi Salt, water and cooking oil. Mix well and sift the batter.
- Heat up a non-stick pan and put in a scoop of batter. Leave it for awhile until cooked and put it aside.
Filling Cooking Instructions
- Heat the pan with cooking oil, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add Adabi Oyster Sauce, Adabi Sweet Soy Sauce, diced chicken breast, mixed vegetable, Adabi Salt, and sugar to taste.
- Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
Preparation Method
- Heat the pan with cooking oil.
- Take the wrap skin, put in cooked chicken fillings, carefully wrap it and finally dip it into the beaten egg mixture.
- Coat with bread crumbs and deep-fry until it turns golden brown in colour.
- Once cooked, plate it and serve hot.
