Fry four pieces of fish (medium size) seasoned with salt and turmeric.
Heat 7 tablespoons of oil in a pan for 2 minutes.
Add 120g of PSTBM and saute for 1 minute over a medium heat.
Add 8 tablespoons of water into the pan.
