- Sauté sliced ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Pour in Adabi Mackerel in Tomato Sauce with Chilli, then add sugar and salt to taste with 1/2 teaspoon of Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra with sliced chili.
- Stir slowly and serve hot.
