Preparation Method

  • Boil Adabi Tom Yam Kung paste with 150gm (medium size 12-15 pieces) prawns seafood in 400ml(2cups) of water.
  • Add in lemongrass (2stalks), bird’s eye chilli (2pieces), oyster mushroom(2-3pieces), kaffir leaves (1piece), tomato (1unit), onion (1unit) and spring onion(2-3stalks).
  • *Notes: Add in 2tablespoon of evaporated milk or coconut milk for a more tasteful ADABI TOM YAM KUNG. /.
  • Cook for 2-3minutes.
  • Ready to serve.
