Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil. If desired, add anchovies, choice of meats, eggs and vegetables (approximately 50g) and fry it well.
Then, add 4 cups of cooked rice.
Sprinkle with 1 packet of Adabi Anchovy Fried Rice Powder on top of the rice and fry till evenly mixed.
Garnish, sprinkle with slices of spring onion, chilies and fried onions. Serve hot.
