Soak 200g of yellow noodles in hot water and toss.
In a bowl, mix Adabi Mee Soup Powder with 4 tablespoons of water.
Heat up 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pot. Add the mixture earlier and sauté on low heat until fragrant.
Add in 150g of diced chicken or meat. Cook until the meat becomes tender.
Add 150g of chopped vegetables. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with yellow noodles and garnish with fried shallots, spring onions and chilli.
