Heat the cooking oil. Saute the garlic, onions and ginger until fragrant and turns brown in color.
Add in water, chicken or beef, potatoes and Adabi Sup Bunjut Soup Spices.
Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and the potatoes become tender.
Add salt to taste. Garnish with coriander leaf and fried shallots.
Ready for serving.
